Demands to Occupy Wall St

Jobs for ALL – A Massive Public Works
and Public Service Program
Preamble:
“Power concedes nothing without a demand. It
never did and it never will.”
–Frederick Douglass
We retain the right to make multiple and/or continuous demands of
ourselves, our society, and our government, as there are numerous
and varied problems to be addressed by our peoples’ movement. We
reject the insinuation of connecting these demands to an
endorsement of any one political party. Demands are only one
integral part of an already successful movement.
Many of us wish to effect a dramatic transformation of our society
and economy, in order that the 99% can control their workplaces,
local communities, job creation, and the global economy and
environment. This is offered to the GA as an initial, transitional
demand, in the hope that others will follow, and to help us build
alliances with workers, the homeless, the unemployed and the
undocumented. We expect that as the movement grows we will
make new demands on our society, our government, and ourselves.
Our movement is just beginning. The demands we make and will
make are just one of the ways we will take collective control over
our common world and common future.
Demand:
We demand a massive, democratically controlled public works and
public service program, with direct government employment, to
create 25 million new jobs at good union wages.
This is to be paid for by new taxes on the wealth and income of the
rich, financial transactions, and corporate profits, and reinstatement
of the Glass-Steagall Act – as well as by ending all U.S. wars,
disbanding mercenaries, ending aid to authoritarian regimes, and
closing military bases.
The new jobs will aim to radically expand access to education,
healthcare, housing, mass transit, and clean energy – and are to be
open to all, regardless of immigration status or criminal record.

Economic Crisis and FDR

Franklin D. Roosevelt's (FDR's) laws worked, and that is the start of rebuilding the USA. The Glass-Steagall Act had bipartisan support. It gave FDIC insurance to those banks who only handled real deposits, commercial and savings. It did not allow behemoth interstate and international banks to get insurance. That is what we need now. Then we can issue trillions of dollars of credit from the US Treasury for huge infrastructure projects like the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA), a favorite project of the late Sen. Frank Moss (D-Utah).

Now, with the Euro going down, the only real response of the British and their puppet, Pres. Obama, is to get endless wars in the name of "democracy" or other excuses like "anti-terrorism." These will lead to some type of world war, with possible fighting against nations like Russia and China that could easily be the allies of the United States in the building of economic infrastrucure. You can't build a railroad over the Bering Straits to Siberia, Russia, if you want to play endless war games. That is my message to Occupy Wall St (OWS), the Tea Party crowd, and everyone else.

Manufacturing in Mexico

Your company may want to look at Manufacturing in Mexico, which has advantages over other forms of outsourcing.  My friends have their manufacturing plants in the Central Highlands, the Altiplano of Mexico.  The labor costs of less than those in the United States, but are not the lowest available.  Still, I feel more comfortable about manufacturing in Mexico.

After all, Mexico is our neighbor.  You can fly down to Mexico without too much trouble.  Even the language is not that exotic, compared say to Chinese.  Many of you studied and learned at least some Spanish in High School. Mexico is a place that is close to home. It is our neighbor.

My friends have a offshore manufacturing managemnent company that help U.S. companies get going with Mexico Manufacturing. They help companies around the world set up their manufacturing plants in Mexico. I feel very positive about manufacturing in Mexico, because the skill levels are quite high. The cost benefits are quite good and the high quality of employees is surprising. My friends have 20 years of experience working with companies from the United States, Europe and Canada.

Just Was at the AMWA Conference

I just was at the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) conference in Jacksonville, Florida.  It was fun, and educational.  More pictures of Jacksonville Florida and of the conference to come.  I hope you like the scenery.  This is all from the vicinity of the Jacksonville Landing on the north bank of the St. John's River, and by the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Occupy Wall St is a Groove

Occupy Wall St is a groove.  Going on Teamster and SEIU union demonstrations every day.  Taping each other in long speeches, like tattoo man above.

Do the Dirty on Wall St.

Harlem dudes say Babies can Dance- photo

The time for dancing like a baby is over, Occupy Wall St. NYC dudes.  It is time to do the dirty on Wall St.  Pass Glass Steagall Act, HR 1489 sponsored by Cong. Marcie Kaptur and Walter Jones and 45 others now.  That is how you off the big 6 banks: Chase, Wells Fargo, Citibank, Bank of America, Goldman
Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and maybe one or two more.  These are the thieves making derivative futures bets on our future existence.  End their FDIC insurance and you will kill them.  Then go LaRouche and American System style, with massive credit issued to build infrastructure like North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA).

Occupy Wall St Tee Shirts

Hey Harlem dudes, see the pretty ladies with the Occupy Wall St tee shirts.  It had to happen sooner or later.  Occupy Wall St. has had its ups and downs, but meanwhile the economy continues to disintegrate.  Whether the riots will happen first or the financial crash is a funny question.  With the fall of Dexia bank last week in Belgium and France, a crash bigger than the sovereign debt of Greece has already happened. When will they ever learn? Listen to LaRouche, pass the Glass Stegall Act of today, HR 1489, and put Obama in political day care.

Hydo-excavation is not easy, Texas

*

Hydro-excavation is not an easy job, but it has to be done.  Often, water pipes and other utilities have to be repaired.  My friends specialize in this work in Texas.  Their company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, but   we provide services throughout Texas and beyond. For a successful company, the excavating employees have to be highly trained to dig up the pipes without creating (further) damage to them.  The workers also need the equipment to be able to accurately sense where pipes are and how to get to them in the quickest and safest manner possible.

Hydro-excavation is a safe way to excavate the pipes.  It uses presurized water to get the covering soil out of the way, and then the soil is sucked into a tank using a large industrial strength vacuum cleaner.  This process is also known as hydro-vac excavation and potholing.  Sounds like a lot of fun, you get to create your own pot holes in a useful place.  I always have to deal with the other type of potholes on the road in all the wrong places, at least for me driving in my car.  Funny things they are.

Tokyo and Nuclear Radiation Fears

Was reading in the New York Times about certain nuclear radiation fears in Tokyo Japan, now that they are 6 months or so past the Fukiyajima nuclear earthquake, tsunami incident.  Harlem dudes, don't believe the hype.  In fact, there is a threshold level for each type of nuclear radiation, after which it becomes damaging.  Below that level there is actually a range where nuclear radiation promotes health.  Hey, those dudes go to spas in Europe by hot springs that are now known to often be quite radiative.  They still go to Karlsbad for the cure.

Law Enforcement Equipment, Harlem

Are you shopping for some law enforcement gear?  Check out my friends at Q M Uniforms because they realy have the stuff for your law enforcement business.  That includes you if you are a muncipal police department, or if you are a private security or detective firm.  Some of these items for sale are law enforcement supplies that are difficult to find, at least online.  I mean those Danner boots could really knock you out, to leave the West behind!  Oh sorry, I was just thinking of an old Beatles sold.

So don't be afraid to check out the 5 11 tactical products.  I got excited just looking at the picture.  This is full on protective gear that could deal with any little riot or urban action, including of the new so-called Occupy this or that kind.  This is the type of protective gear that can deal with bottles being thrown and other potentially injurous disruptions.  I think this is the type of law enforcement supplies that any top security firm or urban ready police department could use.  So don't worry about the upcoming wave of urban incidents and stress.  Sure these college kids can have quite a bit of criminal energy and can be difficult to haul away even in passive so-called nonviolent incidents.  The muscle power is still something that you guys and gals have to produce.  We leave that up to you.  Still, you deserve the maximum amount of law enforcement equipment protection to make your job as easy and safe as possible.

I should add that some of this clothing is really nice and could be used for civilian urban wear and also as an adjunct to camping gear.

Occupy Denver Colorado goes down

Hey Harlem, get on the groove, Occupy Colorado Denver Colorado just went down.  I don't think I've ever been to Denver, but still it is a shame.  Mayor Mousolini Bloomberg tried to get Occupy Wall St. New York, NY closed down, but he and the Brookfield Company owners balked at the last minute, as 3,000 supporters assembled there on Friday morning.  Anyway, the cold weather is coming on, and we need to get the Glass-Steagall now, for real.  Don't wait for Obama to bomb us with pilotless drone in his endless PACMAN game to kill the world and fight for his British Financial Empire masters.

Need a Court Reporter, Harlem NY?

Do you need a court reporter, Harlem NY?  Who knows, you could need more than that.  You could use a whole court reporting company. If you are a big law firm type, Harlem dudes, you know what this is all about.  You could be involved in a big case and need a group of court reporters, conveniently located offices, and the kind of service that all lawyers crave.

Huseby, Inc. is a good company to check out.  They have highly trained and certified court reporters all over the country, including in places you hang out like New York, Florida and Georgia.  Any Harlem dude worth his salt has to have a farm, a second home or something in Florida or Georgia.  Florida because it's beautiful and hip, and Georgia because that is where you get that down-home Southern hospitality and cooking.

Accuracy is the name of the game in court reporting.  After all, the English language can slip into some weird and dangerous errors if you get just one word or letter wrong.  Think if you were talking about the case and somehow it turned into "the cave."  That could be a bit disappointing, especially if you have a high-roller client who is looking for corporate results.  Frankly, my philosophy is to look closely at what is going on with these court reporters in New York City, NY.  After all, as old blue eyes sang, if you can make it there, you'll make it anywhere.  That is, in New York.  Though I realize it can be really grand to have a court reporter company that has personnel that can be called into action all over the country and possibly in other countries as well.

Euro Gang on a Rampage

Harlem dudes, have you been keeping track of the banking collapse in Europe?  The Eurogang have given themselves two weeks to "solve" the debt crisis, after having postponed their Oct. 17 summit by a week to Oct. 23, so that everything will be set for the G20 meeting in November. European Council President Herman Van Rompuy, better known as ET (European Terrestrial), is quoted in the Financial Times as saying that on Oct. 23 EU leaders will "finalize our comprehensive strategy."

The bankers want that strategy to expand the European Financial Stability Facility to EU2 trillion to bail out the banks, starting with EU200 billion to recapitalize them. The Irish Independent writes that in the background is the collapse of Dexia, which has a "balance sheet of EU618 billion," which is "bigger than the entire Greek banking sector and is a similar size to the total assets of institutions rescued in Ireland."

With the fall of Dexia, it looks like the new Roman empire, and the British Empire are ready for a fall.

Structured Finance, Harlem Dudes

Hey Harlem NY dudes, have you looked into Structured Finance to deal with your big projects?  The world is going crazy, but people still want to go into business.  You try to get some stable financing, and maybe some expert advice, and then you can get over.  After all, brother President Obama did, at least for now.  There are a broad range of financial products that go in the giant field of investment banking.  If you can get some venture capitalist to invest in your great idea, who knows, the sky's the limit.  You have to try to get the expertise you need, otherwise you could end up like those losers across the street from the NY Stock Exchange that are getting wet in the cold and the rain.  I doubt they are getting any big investments in their dream projects.

Financing is weird these days, because the financial system has so many layers.  There are outright direct investments and then there are structured or layered investments.  I'm sure that those leveraged instruments the derivatives come into the equation as well. You want improved cash flow and accelerated growth. A properly designed deal will take out risks, and hopefully avoid high cost debt.  You have to be careful, because if debt service is to expensive that can wipe out a company Harlem NY dudes.  It can wipe you out even if you have really great ideas.

These professionals that I know have a good record of dealing with the situation, and not just the actor the Situation of New Jersey.  Debt can be a pyramid going from senior debt which has low risks to subordinate debt that has much higher risks.  It's all part of the game.  Structured finance can sound scary, but it's about getting the credit you need, just like the big boys do.

Wall St. Worrying over Glass-Steagall

Hey Harlem dudes, we see that Wall St. is worrying over Glass-Steagall. The Occupy Wall St and Occupy Chicago people are making their marks.  It is time to pull the trigger on the Glass-Steagall, and that means that Obama has to go.  Perhaps we can let him still be called President, but he has to go under political day care.  He can't run for President again and has to admit that his British empire insanity and backers have been defeated.  Then we can get back to the business of cutting up the big banks, charging back the bailouts, and getting massive credit for new infrastructure projects.

Mergers and Acquisitions Harlem Dudes

Chemical Mergers and Acquisitions are not so easy to do.  To do them, you need a special sort of bank, like my friends, preferably out of the City of London UK.  After all, the British financial Empire still has clout, so why not go there for a chemical investment bankThe Valence Group is a very special sort of investment bank that work in the chemicals, materials and related sectors in M&A.

This very special team comprises the sort of senior investment gurus with many years of experience in their chemical advisory craft.  This team can act as a single, cohesive team, acting from offices in London, New York and Shanghai.
You may have a business, Harlem dudes, that operates in one of these very specialized sectors. I don't really know too much or anything about this business.  Still, you have to get your materials and petrochemicals.  It's a fact of modern life.  Most of these industries for the New York City, NY area used to be processed in neighboring areas of Northern New Jersey, going down to Philadelphia PA.  Now these chemical industries could be anywhere in the world from Indonesia to China to Sao Paolo Brazil.

Wouldn't you like to know about Valence, a company that has experience encompassing over 150 closed chemicals and related deals that are worth over $50 billion?

Threats to Occupy Wall St.

The Occupy Wall St. movement in downtown New York, NYC, NY may seem glamorous, but it does have it's problems.  The word is out that Mayor Bloomberg sometime last week, wanted to tear gas the whole Liberty Plaza, and send all the "anarchists" into the hospital, the morgue or to jail.  That could have happened but did not because the big municipal unions and the Teamsters decided to back up Occupy Wall st.  That was too much for the blue-collar policemen, and the nasty operation was nixed for now.  This may not be the end in the drama.  We know that the British Financial Empire wants a dictatorship and a coup d'etat.  So if things don't get better with the Glass-Stegall Act and the bankruptcy reorganization of the system, things could get a lot worse soon.  Like Nazi Obama style going back to Germany 1933.

Search Engine Help for Harlem

Hey Harlem NY and Bronx NY dudes, using a search engine optimization firm is unavoidable these days.  You may need a search engine marketing firm.  It's interesting that almost anything can become the subject of search engine marketing.  I was reading this funny but gruesome blog that murdering someone can become the object of a google search.  What could be more weird is if someone like in Harlem NY drug gangs, wanted to somehow create a site where they sold things that could possibly accessories for murder.  But, I realize this whole thing is too strange.  As anyone knows who looks at the crime and murder statistics in the United States, the main murder weapon is a gun.  However, in reality most guns and rifles are marketed either for police or security organizations or firms, or for hunting animals.

Being that I am a New York City dude, I do not hunt animals.  It is true that I could get in my car and drive up to the Catskills in New York, and probably arrange to hunt birds or animals, but this is highly unlikely.  So such a search marketing task would not be likely to happen.  More likely you could create a baroque sort of video game about killing someone, but in the middle ages, before firearms were available.  You could do some research if it were easier to get away with killing someone with poison or drugs, or perhaps with swords or knives.  Maybe I better stop blogging about this subject because it is too ridiculous.  Please remember though that search engine marketing is a very serious subject for your business or financial enterprise.

Occupying that Wall Street

Well summer near gone, and fall is here;
But there's still time for a brand new beat;
Unions were marching, fucking up Bloomberg;
And occupying that Wall st;

It doesn't matter Bloomberg screams;
This ruins his capitalist dreams;
Every guy and girl go wild;
Screwing up Glass Steagall style;
Occupying Wall St.

Yes Harlem ny dudes, harlem dudes, the Wed. rally of unions with the occupy Wall St people ruined Bloomberg's plan to teargas the occupy wall St and all them anarchist pigs.  Now time to get glass steagall passed and really screw up Wall St, New York, NY.

Learn About Bankruptcy, Harlem

Bankruptcy seems to be on the agenda, Harlem dudes, both for people and the entire banking system.  It is a hot subject.  It's hot enough to want to take a credit counseling course online.  There is a lot to learn about bankruptcy.  But, did you know that when you as a consumer file for bankruptcy, you are required to take a credit counseling course?  It seems a bit odd to make this a requirement, but that is the law I'm afraid.  Take a credit counseling course after you go bankrupt may seem like bolting the door closed after the horse got out, but there are other factors.  After all, if you are going bankrupt they don't take you out back and shoot you, or throw you in jail.  You are still alive and well to work and live and breathe, and it is absolutely necessary to make sure that you don't make the same mistakes again and go bankrupt again.

Hey Harlem NY and Bronx NY dudes, you know how real life is.  People get into a groove and just sort of do the same thing over and over again.  And I'm not talking about your sex life, I'm talking about your economic existence and habits.  People like to live the high life, and then they of course refuse to save money for bad times.  Hey, these times are hard, they are making us crazy, but don't give up baby.  You have to keep playing the game, and then you will live to fight another day.

It's the same thing with the national economy.  It is just impossible to bailout all the banks.  There will have to be a bankruptcy reorganization, and a backing of real commerical and savings bank deposit, through a Glass-Steagall Act of 1933 reorganization, like what Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt did.  So, don't feel so bad that you are going through a bankruptcy proceeding.  It is not the end of the world.  You can learn to play the game again and live within your means.  And believe it or not, that could be your version of the American dream.

WBAI and Occupy Wall St.

There's a funny relationship between the Occupy Wall St. and the late hangers-on to the movement like WBAI, the listener supported radio station.  All through the many weeks that Occupy Wall St was developing, WBAI did not know a thing.  Only after 100 people got arrested during a march to Union Square and 14th Street, did the WBAI crowd notice that something was going on.

LaRouche knew what was going on, because Occupy Wall St is part of the mass strike in the USA.  We have to educate that mass strike as our last chance to survive as a nation.  That means getting Obama out, or at least making sure that he is politically disgraced and quarantined.

Making Valuation for your Business

Hey Harlem NY dudes, Business valuation NYC can be very important to your business.  You need a full-service tax, forensic, accounting and business advisory firm that knows the NY City area, but also knows the rest of the United States and the world, with many years of experience. It's not easy achieving your business goals in these times.  These times are hard, and they're making us crazy, but don't give up baby.

My friend's firm has been successful in dealing with business advice, auditing, and the all important filing of taxes. It's a medium-sized firm where the firm’s three partners have over 110 years of accounting and financial experience. That can make a big difference to family-run businesses.  Let's face it, if we get the reform we are looking for, the speculative bubble known as Wall St. may soon go into bankruptcy reorganization.  It will become very important to be a business that has a solid foundation in productive business.  Then you can get some of the U.S. government originated credit for the transformation to higher levels of energy-flux density and technology.  This could be a turning point for many construction firms, computer firms, and other firms involved in creating and servicing high technology.

Harlem dudes have to get down to reality and talk to a group of Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) who really know their stuff.  CPAs can help clients run their businesses efficiently and profitably. There are a wide variety of businesses in the New York City area that run the gamut from real estate to mom-and-pop shops.  All of them need efficient valuation of their businesses, and financial controls.

The Ladies of Occupy Wall St. Slut Walk

I want some hot stuff- Occupy Wall St
I need hot stuff baby tonight;
Can't you see the financial system is crashing;
Gotta have Glass stegall, credit for big jobs all right!
I need hot stuff.

Saturday, the Slut Walk march was a blast.  I hope those girls don't get the kind of attention that...  I mean walking around in your underwear or even topless, Harlem dudes, you know.  This does push certain biological buttons in the young male population.  Hope you can control yourself, especially when the Fuzz are around.

Need Engineering Software Harlem?

It can be important to get some good engineering software Harlem NY dudes.  In the old days, all engineering drawing, both in two dimensions and three dimensions had to be drawn by hand.  This was a laborious process, but necessary for the goal of designing a product.  Engineers and Engineering students are encouraged to continue to do drafting design by hand, but now there is engineering software design with various CAD programs.  The smart thing to do is to look around, because there are many CAD programs on the market, not just the ones produced by the one or two programming giant companies.

Take a good look on what programs can be used and at what price.  CAD programs come in different sizes and it is good to know that ZWCAD is totally compatible with the use of designs in AutoCAD.  Programs come in large ranges of prices, but you have to remember what it is all about.  It is about using engineering software to design objects, from boats and cars and houses to small toys.  You want a program that is being developed all the time, and is becoming faster through the years and as versions are improved.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the computer aided design (CAD) programs are all customizable.  You have to decide the add-ons you need.  If you are designing boats and houses, your add-ons are not going to be the same as someone who is designing cars.  If you decide not to use the dominant AutoCAD program, ZWCAD is a good choice.  It is cheaper and still has a large client base.  As long as you have a large client base, there is technical support and other users to consult with in the user community.

Occupy Wall St. Slut Parade

Get on the scene, though a bit obscene;
It's a Slut Parade, kinda like a loving machine;
Walking Up to Union Square,
Prancing round New York City, Like Fred Astaire;

(spoof, Sex Machine- spoof- James Brown)

The riots and the marching continued in Wall St., up to Union Square with the Slut Walk.  This was a protest of the arrest of 4 women last week from Occupy Wall St.  They were surrounded by police with a portable orange mesh fence and then an officer sprayed the women with pepper spray.  Note, they were not actually raped, as some of the slogans for the march today implied.

This week the girls had a permit and the cops were nice.  But some of the girls were in their underwear or topless.  A bit obscene or as they say, an appeal to prurient interest.  Will the stock market crash with all this attention on Wall St?
