Even the Doctors Are Against Obamacare

The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), a group which has opposed ObamaCare from the start, has now filed suit in DC court, claiming that Obama's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) violates the Constitution in several ways. In addition to violating the Tenth Amendment (as 14 states now claim), the AAPS suit claims the PPACA violates the Fifth Amendment protection against the government forcing one person to pay cash to another, as well as the Commerce Clause, and the provisions authorizing taxation.

Beyond the legal formalities, the AAPS goes after the reality of the breakdown of health care. Jane Orient, M.D., their Executive Director said, "If the PPACA goes unchallenged, then it spells the end of freedom in medicine as we know it. Courts should not allow this massive intrusion into the practice of medicine and the rights of patients. There will be a dire shortage of physicians if the PPACA becomes effective and is not overturned by the courts."

Advertising is Getting Action

Despite the collapse of the economy, advertising, particularly medical advertising is getting some action and employment. That is something for Harlem NY dudes and dudettes to know if they want to get job. I guess the big multinationals do not give up without a fight and there is still lots of advertising bought and sold, especially in New York, NY. After all, they don't call the heart of advertising, Madison Avenue for nothing, this is a very serious business. No wonder they have that hot new television series, Mad Men on TV.

You Gotta See This iLasik Winners

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Incendia Health. All opinions are 100% mine.

If you were thinking of entering Harlem NY Dudes, the news is that the iLasik contest is over and has winners. The Grand prize winner won 5,000, which is about enough to get the iLasik surgery on both eyes. This dude did a pretty wild music video. Not that the music was so great, but the combined music and images and words made a clear message, ending with the tagline of -- You Gotta See This. With the guy falling off his bikes and his friends whispering him to get iLasik surgery, the message was pretty clear. I guess that is what makes the iLASIK Video Contest so great.

The 1st prize winner did a pretty good job to. The poor guy was making his video and in the process, on film, apparently inadvertently lost one of his contact lenses and had a mark made in the other contact lenses. I guess that is too many bad things happening at the same time to be a total coincidence. In any case, it certainly created a winning impression for the iLASIK Video Contest, and made the case for giving up contact lenses as well as eyeglasses, and instead getting iLasik surgery. Remember that lasik is not for everyone, so get some literature on it and find out what you need to know to make an educated decision.

Several of the other top entries were definitely fun, and included cartoon characters. The one with the cartoon guy surfing was pretty good. The guy lost his contacts on his surfboard, and was about to be attacked by a shark, which waited until he found his contact lenses!!! Funny, quite funny. So, if you are one of those people who don't mind a little added surgery in your life, this iLasik elective surgery is for you. I must be too cheap or lazy, because I still have my eyeglasses hanging on to my nose.

Pres. Clinton Warning on Haiti

Former President Bill Clinton warned on March 25 that 20-40,000 lives are at stake, if the Haitians around Port-au-Prince, Haiti are not relocated now. On March 28, Haiti's Ambassador to the U.S., Raymond Joseph, called for international aid in quickly relocating a half-million of those living in displaced camps. One week before tomorrow's U.N. Donors Conference on Haiti, the United Nations Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (OCHA) announced that the policy, for now, is that mass relocation of the 1.3 million-and-up Haitians displaced by the earthquake shall be carried out only as a "last resort," and for only a small number of people. According to media reports, that policy is supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development, and others.

To not relocate people quickly to decent, sanitary shelters built on high ground, is a policy of mass murder, Lyndon LaRouche charged on Feb. 22, in a statement calling for the Obama administration to offer the aid of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to the Haitian government to carry out such a relocation. When such a policy was later proposed to the White House, it was rejected out of hand. Welcome to the new Dark age.

On the Sex Attack on the Catholic Church

Although it has been widely alleged, that the problem is one specific to the internal affairs of the Catholic Church; that allegation is not merely exaggerated, but misleading. Without denying the very ugly truth about some of these allegations, the exploitation of those scandals, has been a calculated pretext which has been exploited, as a diversionary tactic currently deployed by the proponents of that program of planet-wide genocide promoted by the Duke of Edinburgh’s World Wildlife Fund.

Although celibacy is indicated as a factor in these reported cases, such offenses are not, categorically, a problem among the clergy. The larger, and deeper issue, by far, is , the use of these scandals, themselves, by haters of the Catholic Church’s opposition to the present malthusian program of genocide, a program of genocide which has been the chief motive of the British Royal House, in promoting the cause of global genocide, the cause which is the relevant major crime against humanity, dwarfing all other crimes today. Don't be fooled by the diverting cries of, sex, sex, sex!

Duplicating those CD?

If you have to duplicate a lot of CD's you may want to link to CD duplication Boston. Duplicating CDs is a big business and you do not want to try to do this yourself. If you have the equipment, your resources will be limited, and it is much easier and faster to get an outside vendor to do this job for you.

One of the first principles of good economics is a strong division of work and use of specialty vendors. By using Boston Printing you get the printing you need done, and save your energy for more important tasks, like running your business and getting new orders.

Diskette Duplication is not something to leave to amateurs. It is highly possible to make mistakes and produce a low quality product, whether you are duplicating CDs or DVDs. You should get to know Coptech Digital, Inc. which is a great woman-owned, cd duplication, dvd duplication and print solution company located in the Boston Metropolitan area, on the north side. Coptech has been turning out quality product for the last 20 years and really can do it all, that is printing, cd duplication and dvd duplication. Then you get the product and you can market all kinds of music and lecture presentations on CDs, and all kinds of movies and videos on DVDs. King Tut Heading Towards New York City

TICKETS ON SALE TODAY FOR KING TUT EXHIBITION in NY for FIRST TIME IN A GENERATION; final stop On u.s. tour. Appearance of 25-FT ANUBIS STATUE IN NEW YORK harbor today
HERALDed THE ARRIVAL OF TUT’S TREASURES

Exhibition Includes 130 Objects of Exceptional Quality and Beauty–
Most of Which Have Never Been Seen in New York

Anubis, the ancient Egyptian jackal-headed god of the dead and symbolic protector of their tombs, arrived in New York’s Harbor this morning, signaling the one-month countdown until the exhibition "Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of The Pharaohs" opens in New York City at the Discovery Times Square Exposition on April 23. In conjunction with arrival of the 25-foot, 7-ton statue of Anubis, tickets are now on sale to the public, and may be purchased by visiting www.kingtutnyc.com.

“Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of The Pharaohs” marks the first time a collection of treasures from the young pharaoh’s tomb has visited New York City since 1979. The National Geographic exhibition has spurred a new generation of "Tutmania," and has been visited by nearly 7 million people in art museums across the country. It contains more than twice the number of artifacts shown previously, with 130 objects of exceptional quality, rarity, and beauty that provide insight into the daily life and royal burial practices of the 18th Dynasty. Fifty of the objects are from Tutankhamun’s tomb, only a handful of which were part of the 1979 exhibition, and an additional 80 objects come from the tombs of his ancestors and other notable ancient sites. This will be the exhibition’s final stop on its U.S. tour.

In February 2010, Zahi Hawass, secretary general of Egypt’s Supreme Council of Antiquities, announced new discoveries about the lineage and cause of death of Tutankhamun. A new gallery exploring these revelations has been added to the New York presentation of “Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs.” The new material will focus on the mystery surrounding Tut’s death and the recent findings from DNA testing that revealed further details about the boy king’s family.

Say Can You See, with Eyeglasses

Say can you see Harlem, even by the dawn's early light. It's a good thing that there are some really cheap and good eyeglasses on the market that you can get online. You don't have to have some inside connections to get these eyeglasses, all you have to do is get your eyeglasses prescription and order them. Note that there is one more measurement that can easily be added to your eyeglass by your optometrist that is necessary to order these Zenni eyeglasses.

I did not know about this great deal either until I read the article at http://www.examiner.com/x-28795-Brooklyn-Liberal-Examiner~y2009m11d13-Cheap-eyeglasses-are-a-reality-Check-out-Erics-review-of-Zenni-Optical in the Brooklyn NYC, NY Liberal Examiner. Yes, these eyeglasses are made in a factory in China, isn't everything made there that is cheap and good. The great thing is that eyeglasses start below $10 a pair, and with a few additional small charges you can also buy bifocal glasses, multi-focal glasses, sun glasses and some other interesting variations. There are also some designer and semi-designer type frames available, including some of the ones that I like best. For some strange reason, I just can't ear the big black or brown frames anymore, I have to have wire-rimmed glasses these days. Don't worry about it, you can get those coveted wire-rimmed glasses at Zenni Optical too. With the temperatures beginning to rise, it is time to think about getting several pairs of new eyeglasses, including some great looking sun glasses. So check it out, and enjoy the bargains.

Trances, Glances and Modern Art, MOMA, NYC

The trances and glances of modern art are taken their toll on me. After I saw what the artist Amir Baradaran did at MOMA, New York. I am amazed at his layering of performance art on top of the performance art of Marina Abramovic. I have to say the Edgar Allen Poe poem, from "One in Paradise:"

And all my days are trances
And all my nightly dreams
Are where thy dark eye glances
And where thy footstep gleams—
In what ethereal dances
By what eternal streams.
To One in Paradise.

And I remember that Amir Baradaran was showing love to Marina Abramovic, and nothing else in his artistic intervention of Friday, March 12th, 2010. I know that "the Other Artist is Present."

You Can Rent a Friend

The old song was that you just call out my name, because you got a friend. Now, the new thing is that you can Rent A Friend. It doesn't cost much and it is supposed to be strictly Platonic. I know some of my Harlem dude buddies are not going to like that. Still, you get to decide if it is a male or a (you better believe it) a female, and you get to look at her picture first. So dudes, it sounds OK for us lonely guys, so give rent-a-friend a try. Hey dudes, and girls, you can even decide to apply to be a friend, and make some cash.

Modern Museum of Art- Poetic Quarrel

There is a poetic quarrel going on around the Marina Abramovic retrospective exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) in NYC. "The Artist is Present,” piece had a special intervention from the "other artist" aka Amir Baradaran. Baradaran’s intervention can be viewed as a four-act play performed on a Friday afternoon. In his first act, Baradaran offers marriage, though there is some question of a so-called Shiite temporary marriage, ie. a marriage of convenience.

Abramovic is silent, even when she sees Baradaran in a red flowing dress much like her own. In the second act, Baradaran is in a suit jacket, but has over his face a series of veils made out of canvas. The first veil has written, “In-out.” This conjures up the question of what defines the artist as able to go on display in a museum, or approved by society, or on the contrary, those on-the-outs and not recognized. The second one “I am a nurse from New Zealand” when Marina Abramovic wants to be inconspicuous. Another veil has written “the passing of the artist,” symbolizing the independent identity of the art work, or is it the death of the artist? Finally the last veil states, “Non-resident alien,” but isn't the real artist always an alien in his own culture and time?

Baradaran is trying to act in accordance with Abramovic's art work credo that “Art is Beautiful, the Artist Must be Beautiful” and trying with his prayer to be as beautiful and spiritual as possible. This is a very intense and even weepy experience for Baradaran.

A final act is added to Baradaran’s intervention of “The Other Artist is Present,” this time outside the museum. Now, Baradaran is truly the outsider looking in, though sitting by a table that is a replica of Abramovic's table inside the Museum.

Russia, China and Nuclear Energy

As LaRouche has noted, Russia and China have been building up their nuclear energy facilities and other infrastructure. This future is evident in the strides being taken by China, with its high-speed rail program, and Russia and India, with their
extensive deals for a nuclear renaissance. The three powers are poised to move--but, they cannot succeed without the United States.

LaRouche states that "My role is, chiefly, what ordinary people would consider a
mysterious and miraculous hand of history in the making. The hand has written on the wall, and, thus, a would-be shoddy remake of a would-be Belshazzar, is doomed. It will be as if the hand of the future had descended upon the present.

I do understand this process in scientific terms, but they are terms which are presently familiar only to a few, which I will be better situated to demonstrate from facts not presently known as such, once the presently oncoming "final act" has been displayed for all to see and hear. Forecasting great events in the history of political economy, is, after all, my specialty; after this coming event has happened, intelligent students of political history will have the evidence, fresh in hand, which should be sufficient to clear away the mystery from my relevant, relatively infallible, understanding of the underlying principle of history."

The Rise of America's Surveillance State

Note a book by author, Shane Harris called "The Watchers: The Rise of America's
Surveillance State." [ews]Bush and Obama have the same so-called security policy. At a Brookings forum yesterday on the new book about so-called terrorist surveillance programs, including massive data-collection and data-mining in the U.S., author Shane Harris was asked by EIR if there has been any change in surveillance policies from the Bush to the Obama Administrations.

Harris responded that there is "a remarkable continuity" of policy. He noted that Obama has "totally abandoned" the position he took in 2008 in the Senate, on placing restrictions on the scope and use of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act
(FISA), justifying this by claiming he has been convinced by his advisors that the Bush Administration surveillance policies have been useful. Harris said that he believes that when Obama got into office, he saw all these executive powers that his
predecessors had, and said to himself, "Why should I be any different?" Harris noted that Obama's "flip-flop" surprised a lot of people, but, he pointed out, "it shouldn't have."

Which Way Internet Marketing

The economy is tight and everyone in business is looking for new ways to expand market share. Have you added internet marketing to the mix of your promotions? Do you at least have a website? Then already you are into Internet Marketing, but the question is if you are doing it right. Harlem Dudes know that there is a big difference between the right way and the wrong way of doing things.

Take a look at elementary things like which key words to use. Search Engine Optimization is a difficult and long game, but it is a game that you are able to play. Then there is internet advertising, which starts at Google and pay-per-click campaigns, but goes far beyond that to many other websites and advertising tools.

If you want to get the highest percentage on your advertising dollars, you have to carefully monitor ad campaigns. That is what the ROI Analytics website is all about. You need statistics on internet browser response and you need it fast. You cannot wait for earthshaking or political events to make things better, because your business may not exist long enough to see it.

So roll with the ROI Analytics and get the insights you need in the internet marketing game. This is an application that is aimed at Business to Business sales and deals, and if that is what you are doing, they have got it, buddy. Check out the modules and statistics of ROI Analytics and its modules, and find out what it is all about, but do not wait until after midnight. There are all the tools that you need to get your Search Engine Optimization groove on right now. And when you think about it, internet advertising is the cheapest form of advertising that there is.

Kesha Rogers Victory and the Moon and Mars

Kesha Rogers' victory in the primary outside Houston is not just a local event. The recent election victory of Kesha Rogers in Texas's 22nd congressional district represents a turning point in world history. Most notably, voters have refused to accept Obama's recent, treasonous decision to scrap the last vestiges of our nation's manned presence in space. They have voted, instead, for a future — a future organized around the intensive physical economic progress that can only be brought about by the scientific advancements connected with an expansion of Man's presence in space.

The opportunity created by this victory puts on the table the urgent questions of accomplishing this economic development of the Solar System: the first steps of lunar industrialization, and successfully undertaking a manned mission to Mars. Connected with this mission is the task of finally establishing a very different conception of the organization of the Solar System and beyond. It will perhaps be advisable to simulate Earth's gravitational environment by accelerating ships through inter-planetary space at one Earth gravity (1-G), but this will be the first time such a willful act of constant acceleration has occurred anywhere in the universe. It will represent the first artificial creation of a sustained gravitational field which, if maintained for long periods, will quickly result in relativistic velocities. Obviously the energy levels and flux densities involved are enormous.

Obama Fights for Gory Health Care

As Whitney sang: How will I know Obama is crazy!

Why does Obama do it? You think he would already be totally smashed on his gory health care crusade by now, but no. To understand how President Obama is moving to impose his Hitler-health bill, you have to understand the fact that he is dominated by a Nero complex. He reacts like Nero, and he will kill like Nero, if he doesn't get his way. Any other evaluation, Lyndon LaRouche noted today, is worthless and incompetent.

Thus, it is not surprising, that, following his press conference March 3 (accompanied by the men-in-white-coats), announcing his intention to ram through the Hitler-health bill by an "up or down vote," President Obama began to call in one group of Congressmen after another, to bludgeon them, or bribe them, into supporting his bill (the Senate bill, or one very much like it, with the murderous cuts and IMAC). He now has Rep. Rangel, one major obstacle, out of the way. That's just for starters. It seems that Obama will hit the road and harass people some more with his crap. It's the Emperor Nero, until he is forced to resign or is impeached.

Dig the Black Chick Against Obama

Dig the Black Chick against Obama. She's a groove, Harlem Dudes. Kesha Rogers just won the Democratic Primary in the 22nd Congressional District in Texas, outside of Houston in Sugarland. She is a LaRouche Democrat and a leader of the LYM. This is great. Let's sing along-- save the Manned space program, save NASA, impeach Obama. Hey hey hey, everybody sing along.

Harlem Dudes Invest in Gold Coins

Investing in gold coins is one of the last investments you can still make and win. I don't know if you will make money that way, but at least you won't lose your shirt. With the real estate market down, and maybe out, what else is left except for gold bullion? True, you can invest in oil or commodities, but these things have to be done through financial instruments. Gold is the only thing that is clean, small and valuable enough to have right on your table, or in your safe deposit box. At over $1,000 an ounce, a mere 2 pounds of gold is worth at least $32,000. At that rate, a million dollars worth of gold will still weigh less than 70 lbs.

Regal Gold Coins can sell you the great investment coins of the day, and bring them right to your door, such as the Austrian Philharmonic coin, and the US Gold Eagle. Gold coins and bullion are about all there is left to save your hard earned savings from death through slow or fast inflation. Gold has been a great investment for the last 6,000 years. Many more people have become interested in gold since we have gone into the period of great inflation. Huge amounts of dollars have been printed to bail out the bankrupt financial bubble. Though this money seems to be tied up somewhat, eventually it has to be used to buy things. This is the reason that inflation has hit so hard. Inflation may be with us to stay. True, if there is a bankruptcy reorganization of the dollar and other currencies, this could rapidly change. However, in a world where economic activity has stalled and gone down, and monetary issuance has exploded, inflation is the name of the game. If you want your savings to survive, gold bullion is where it is at, Harlem dudes. Regal is a great gold coin and bullion dealer that can beat Monex and Goldline on price and customer service.

The Bitch is Back

Is the UK heading back into royal control, directly? It is increasingly likely, given that the Tory lead over Labour has slipped to only 5-6 percent (or less) in the polls, that there will be a hung Parliament in the next election, where neither party has a majority of seats to govern. If that occurs (the last time was 1974), then the Bitch steps center stage and becomes a major factor in making a new Prime Minister.

Already, the "golden triangle" of Britain's most senior civil servants and courtiers is meeting to prepare a dossier of advice to the Queen on what steps she might consider. Sir Gus O'Donnell, the cabinet secretary, has distributed secret memos compiled by the Prime Minister's private secretary in March, 1974, Robert Armstrong, as a guide for discussion by the "golden triangle." The memos are also being avidly studied at No. 10 Downing Street.

The memos make clear that in the event of a hung Parliament today, the following possibilities exist:

1) Labour Prime Minister Gordon Brown would be able to remain Prime Minister if the Tories won but failed to secure a majority, while Brown attempts to form a coalition with the Liberal Democrats. However, the Liberal Democrats have indicated that they do not want to form a coalition government with either the Tories or Labour. In this case, the Queen would not have to do anything more, but wait for Brown's resignation.

2) The Bitch could call on someone other than Brown or Tory Party leader David Cameron to form a government. This is seen in No. 10 as "the Miliband option," referring to the selection of Foreign Secretary David Miliband, whom the party considers the successor to Brown. However, this possibility is remote, because the Liberal Democrats would be no more likely to form a coalition with Miliband, than with Brown.

3) The Bitch could refuse to dissolve the Parliament, even if Brown requested that she do so. The Bitch would then, after a short period, call for new elections.

All this and more is under consideration by the "golden circle" advising the Bitch, who has already appointed two Prime Ministers, early in her reign.
