People do not have the incomes they need to keep prices up to $1 million for a 2 bed room new condo in Harlem. Huge amounts of condos are still going to be hitting the market, from all the construction going on. It is believed that certain SoHa (south Harlem) neighborhoods have 10-percent or even 20-percent white people now, and of course it is all white and black well to do people.
